There is no denying that the cardio workouts in P90X yield results in terms of enhanced endurance, even for those who thought they achieved their peak physical endurance levels. Yoga and stretching exercises are effective in enhancing the agility of participators. What is the verdict? P90X works at least as far as its physical exercise regiment component is concerned. The efficacy of the dietary modification scheme in P90X The dietary modification scheme in P90X is simple. Participants are gradually shifted from a high protein low carbohydrate diet towards one that is largely made up of energy-rich carbohydrates. The objective is to ensure that people performing P90X exercises are well supplied with energy and don't lose motivation. There is a well established correlation between levels of physical energy and levels of motivation to engage in physical activity.
